It will stay in PeeWee and you will have to find an entire new roster of players the following season. In PW you can only sign players that are 0 days old and all players get cut after day 41.
If you want to roll with the same guys for a few seasons you will want to buy a Rookie team.

The team itself will move among Pee Wee Levels
If Copper than almost certain it moves up to SIlver
If you win your league in Silver you will move up to Gold
If you Don't win your silver league you very likely stay in the same Silver League Unless Bort Reshuffles again.
