Good start. If vision wasn't one of the attributes you unlocked for multi-training then I would replace it with stamina, as you should plan to take stamina up to at least 60 by plateau and preferably higher than that. For whatever reason, stamina is a limiter on your top speed, so 150 speed and 50 stamina will actually be slower than 140 speed and 65 stamina.
edit: Also, I personally wouldn't worry about taking agility up to the high 80s, although a lot of elusives do. Since Quick Cut is first in your tree you can be just as effective by investing some points there and only taking agility to 73 (then letting ALGs and training work it up higher). That would leave you some more points to invest in stamina, catching, or strength.
