For first piece....i wouldn't do either, and roll them later. First piece should be a viable low cost SA you need or want, like first step, or change direction.

He's right. Both those SA's are 1st and 2nd on the same tree and can be easily be brought up later in the build. Waste of AEQ on those 2 SA's

Thanks Roy. You are da man. I would hope that you would give me a litle more credit than that and realize to get the +3 with it and to stay away from the 1/2 level SA's.

Rings are the important ones.. No LOLGM exploitation there. MVP's just mean you are either a heavily used glory position (which i generally avoid), or you own a team and can stat whore a player/dot. Defensive MVP being the exception, much props to any DMVP. I'll take Effective Level of dot's and Ring count any day of the week.
I don't agree with the whole "no AEQ in 1/2 slot " by any stretch. No a day's you shouldn't be putting any points into sa's till almost 60+ , so you reap the benefit early, and i almost never raise ANY SA past 6, if you have enough SP to be doing that, your build prolly lacks harshly elsewhere, and if you are trading in BT to do this at end of build, you should have been quad training more.

You're giving advice despite not having a dot above level 45. You're also giving really bad advice. PD% is the most important AEQ for a CB. MT% is the second most important. 1/2 slot SAs are cheap and easy to invest in. If a CB is going with something other than 2x PD% and 1xMT % or 2xPD%, 1xMT%, and 1xINT%, they should pick up SV instead of the INT%. It allows them to avoid investing in SH and allows them to push their most important SA up to 10 cheaply. They can still easily push up SB and CD with SPs. If you'd ever actually built an end-build CB, you might know this. But go ahead and keep giving bad advice.
