Can a DE survive in the WL with minimal to no SA's?

Second, what do you believe are the most important SA's for a strength based DE?

Shed Block,Strong Base,and Change Direction. Can't answer the other question though

DE's are pretty sa dependent. Much more so than most other positions. That's not to say one without sa's is guaranteed to fail but you'd need a pretty world class build to make up for it.

Depends what you define as "minimal"...

Define strength based... Is it combo or Run stuffer? In order of importance...

Combo - First step, strong base, tunnel vision, change direction
Run stuffer - Shed block, strong base, change direction, first step

to build a ultimate warrior type DE you need quite a few SA's to become dominant. You can still be good with only some SA's but a do it LDE definitely needs many SA's.
