1. Lawrence Stop Signs vs 3. United Empire

It's finally time to see who is the best in WEPL! All season long I've hyped two teams out of Alpha being in a tier of their own looking down upon the rest of the league... ironically neither team in in the championship game. I've also punished the Empire for their chemistry hit and keep them out of the top teams for the season, but they've done a great job at proving me wrong. On the other hand the Stop Signs in the second tier and never left. By week 9 of the season they moved into the 3rd seed in my rankings and never left. They've been extremely consistent and had a great playoff run. This will be a great game to watch and two quality teams to represent the WEPL in the World League next season. Good luck to the both of you and let's have a good SIM!

I'll take the Empire since they represent Alpha, clearly the better conference!

UE by 3 TD's is my guess. No Disrespect at all to Lawrence, that should be noted.

Disclaimer: Corey will probably not do any game planning, which will be a disservice to Alpha (don't take that wrong, hoping you game plan ). We are hoping you game plan, and do the best you can UE, we want to see just how good our conference champ is vs the Zeta Champ.

but doesnt the same brain trust in Lawrence (Disa and co.) not care about the gold either and are content with advancing to WL?

So It may be the one Natty Pro final where neither team gameplans..

I donīt do any gameplans for the Stop Signs, only helps a little bit here and there. My main job there is to put the roster together and convincing the KcChiefs every season not to rage quit .

I remember when Paris won Zeta last season. I was sooo pleased we finally got a season in WL and didn't really care about getting the gold!

The day after I sat down and prepared for E-City anyway and we won the game in a thriller. The feeling of winning WEPL beats anything I've accomplished on GLB. So if either UE or LSS feels like the Championship Game doesn't matter my advise will be to try and win that one game! You won't regret it if you actually succeed!

that's the way I would look at it Kong. I mean how often is one in position to win natty pro gold. I'd gameplan my ass off. A few seasons from now I would think it would be much nicer to look back and reflect on a WEPL championship then the 2nd place silver gif.

nice pick Jon. And yes you are all right, i generally dont like to gameplan for these games since Ive already made WL and want a break. Only reason I did last season was for Konge. But now its my own team so idk. We will see what happens. Chances are ill gameplan.

nope, the Stop Signs don't care from this point forward, we won't be gameplanning for the championship game.
