I can't figure out why he sucks so bad. He forced us to go deep into overtime and killed everyones energy today.

I'd put everything into kicking until it costs 2 points. Then a bit more confidence. Don't bother with more vision until everything else is really high.

kicking +30 and you'll stop sucking.

I agree you need more kicking and actually I would go a step further and keep levelling until it costs 3 skill points.

I would move all of your kickers equipment all to kicking too.
