Its recruiting season yet again. And that brings my seasonal suggestion.
I propose that once you send an offer to a player, there is an little icon either on the player page or marketplace listing that your team has sent an offer. That would help teams with either multiple recruiters or absent minded owners like me to avoid sending multiple offers to a player.
This season though, I would like to refine the idea more. One little dot icon. Maybe a little blue dot on the marketplace page that indicates an offer has been sent by a team you recruit for and is pending. And that could potentially change to a red little dot indicating that an offer was sent by a team you recruit for but was rejected.
Alternate Addition:

And maybe because some of us are recruiters for many teams...when you hover over it you get to see what team is recruiting them that you have access to? So if I offered a dot from one team I remember not to offer him from another team.
