QC won by 120 on week 16....um don't see that changing much....queen city by 100+

#2 LAWN vs. #7 Miami Roadfrogs
LAWN has lost in the first round of the play offs in their first 3 seasons in CPL. However, they beat the Roadfrogs by 40+ in the regular season and it's time we finally break our curse! ...... LAWN by 45

#3 montreal Rulers vs. #6 St. Johns Salty Dogs (GOTW!!!)
two teams that have a long history in canada pro west. Rulers only losses came to Queen City and LAWN, and beat St johns by a score of 37-3 in the regular season. However St Johns has clicked on care mode......st. johns by 10

#4 Saskatchewan Roughriders vs. #5 Amprior Muskrats
Both teams finished tied at 12-4, with the roughriders getting the edge with an 11 point win over the muskrats in regular season. This is gonna be a close game, and the muskrats have been around longer so i'm gonna give them the edge......muskrats by 3

#1 Halifax Explosion vs. #8 Nagasaki Bombers
no chance at an upset here, the bombers were graped by hali in regular season but they gain another year of experience, but nobody is denying hali a trip back to the beloved moon, er, world league next season.....hali by 50

#2 Raging Alcoholics vs. #7 Thunder Bay Sabertooths
Thunder Bay won a due or die game in week 16 over the muskateers only to get Raging in round 1, the only team to beat hali all season. However thunder Bay gave em a good run in their last meeting and this will be my upset pick of the play offs.....thunder bay by 3

#3 Algoma Arena Rockers vs. #6 Fighting big dookies
both pretty good teams and they played a close game in the regular season. It's a tough call and my GOTW in the east. Dookies beat LAWN in a rd 1 upset last season in the west, but with the Queen City crew (dookie gms) concentrating on making it back to WL i'm gonna give Algoma the edge in a close one.......Algoma by 4

#4 Thunder bay legion of wolverines vs. #5 Manitoba Matadors
Thunder Bay has seen team after team promote from CPl, and demote, promote and demote...they've been here forever. They lost a few questionable games this season and are a very good team. I think experience wins this one.....thunder bay by 17

I've been keeping tabs and this (Season 22) is the LAWN!!!'s third season in CPL. They've only had two previous first-round exits as they've only existed for two seasons.
