All I know is that every WL demotee has gone to Alpha since Season 17 or 18. That includes at least 2 teams which were in Zeta their last season in OPL prior to going to WL.

ooops. Well, who knows then. I was thinking specifically about Season 19 when both Sin City and Cypriot went Alpha, even though one had gone from Alpha and the other Zeta, and I think there was another example that was brought up the last time we discussed this.
