I just got back playing this game, been un-active for a bit but now I'm back and have alot of time on my hands to give a team the pieces they need. I know wat a good build looks like and I know how to sell a team and get a player to come.
Things I do
Send Pms
Send offers based on builds the owner wants.
Communicate with the team staff on a regular basis.
Things I want
Stable team, not a team who needs like a whole roster.
Communication for that is key.
Tell me specific instructions on what type of build and position they want.
A team with a winning history or a experienced owner or somebody who needs help.
