you training confidence too early, your speed and agility must be higher and get your tacklinf up and get some blocking and jumping

blocking?Really! If he plays some ST's maybe at the end of build but no chance I'll be training up blocking on a DE.

This is all wrong.

Keep doing what you're doing. Aim for an end build of softcapped stam and con at least. And get tacklign to at least the 62.

follow this advice and your de wont be more than a reg pro, serious 62 tackling?
Blocking helps on break block rolls jumping helps you jump towards qb when your de cant make it on foot, as a combo de you might want to have just enough agi to tech man fire, speed is the thing as of now.

My DE didn't train blocking and he's doing just fine in Pro's. I think the blocking attribute info on DE's very minor on the break block roll for Dlineman. Bort probably just put that so people would balance they're builds more. I may try it on one of my DE's at the end of his build just to see if it even makes a real difference. I'll only train it though since putting SP in it would be a complete waste.

I trained blocking on my DE. Got it to 22. Saw no difference from 8 to 22. I wouldnt recommend even training.

my DE has 33 blocking... would've been better served training something else.

Keep in mind that this dot is a non-booster when you give advice.

everyone who knows anything about this game wil tell you blocking does NOTHING for defensive players.

And jumping doesn't increase tackling radius, as in jumping towards QB.

I heard it does increase diving tackle % though. It's not a bad idea to train jumping.

I train it on all of my DE's end of career... first one will end at 46 jumping... 2nd one at 41 or so, and third at ~52.
Dunno about the whole diving tackles thing, but it's worth it for PD's at the line... granted they don't happen often ( due to being too short for towering man), but they happen and affect plays a couple times a season, and I have nothing else to train at the end of the season.

I personally believe that tackling and DT SA play a much larger role in the diving tackle roll than jumping does... but that's just from me watching dots and using the visual output of the pbp to judge... but i know it's not precise... so I could be totally off base here.
