Thinking about a spin piece and then in s24 swapping catch ball for one of his bt pieces and just going like 14 spin bc of the penalty. If they remove dvg this dude will probably break the fucking game

Love it. You going to get catching up a little bit more so he can be beasting with YAC Attack? Also, I think you could still Spin with only one piece there, unless they finally wise up and remove the Spin bonus from Quick Feet.

I'd like to see this back with 8+ First step and Surge.

Definitely go with spin. I regret not going that route with MAMA who was basically the same build plan.

yep, training catch and will cap when it makes sense, I was thinking of taking spin to 8 natural and throwing a piece in there to fend off the penalty

Fuck no. Way too much expense. If you really want that much Spin then you need to replace the Power Through piece and do that naturally. As noted, I think you'd be ok with one Spin piece as long as Quick Feet doesn't change.
