New York Warriors vs Richmond Retros
As the Retros are still winless, i think that the Warriors, who are coming off a surprising upset last week to the Rampage, will take this one with no questions asked.
Alcatraz Island Jailbreakers vs. Colonial Zoners
I try to pick as many upsets as i can every week. There really is not many reasons for the jailbreakers to lose, i just think that after looking at the rosters, there is no question as to who the better team is. i think the only way the zoners will lose this one is if they cannot break the barrior that low moral has set 4 them. Meaning if they have alot of tunrovers.
Miami Sharks vs. Boston Massacre
I gotta take my own team this week. We just lost to the nighthawks and are starting to question if our so called "come-back Defense" can really turn itself around from last season and play, what the Massacres players hope, as one of the beter in the league. The Sharks lost to Dallas, and the Massacre Beat Dallas. That is really the only advantage i see to the Massacre. this is going to be a surprisingly close match i think
Baltimore Knights vs. TCC's Wax-Bustin Warriors
This would have been game of the week if these team had winning records, because i think this was one of the harder games to choose. I can see both of these teams winning as both have glaring weaknesses that the other can easily exploit. I think that the few low level players on Baltimore will make or break the game for them. But as for now, i am going for TCC to win this 1.
Louisville Nighthawks vs. Syracuse Souls
As with the Warriors game, not a very hard decision. As the #2 ranked team goes up against the #10 ranked Syracuse Souls. the Nighthawks proved themselves last week against the Massacre's top ranked Offense in the league. After holding them to 1 yrd a carry on the ground, and the worst passing game since the Monkeys, i think the Nighthawks will do what they did to Boston and pummel the Souls sensless.
Hartford Musician vs. New York Hope
As much as i admire the Hartford for their valient effort to climb out of bottom of the league, i don't think it is going to happen this week. I think the Hopes Superior passing game will continue its rampage and burn the Musician's instruments to tiny piles of ash. But don't worry Hartford! you can always still clap and sing!
Cleveland Firebirds vs. Eleven Wise Monkeys
Not much to be said as an undefeated team goes up against a 2-4 team on a 3 game losing streak. I expect that streak to become 4 more so than i expect the sun will come up tomorrow.
GAME OF THE WEEK
Bristol Bullets vs. Dallas Rampage
As these two 4-2 teams go head to head in week 7, we will finnally see if the Bullets reall have what it takes to make it big this season. Since everyone is pretty much going to lose to the monkeys, Bristol really hasn't faced any tough teams that they have a chance to beat. If they lose this game i can see them dropping pretty far in many power rankings. But if they win i think you will see respect start to grow and Dallas's win against the Warriors won't mean much anymore. I think that Dallas has the upperhand however and will win this one handily.
