Been an OC since season 14. Finally won my first league championship (it being my 3rd time there). I work on building a steady offense that I will make minor tweaks to through out the season. I have limited spots, so I will only take certain teams that meet a strict list of criteria.
Criteria must be met to sign/keep me on your team:
1. I will have full control of the offense. To the AI, Depth Chart, Signing, and Scouting.
2. No one is to interfere with any aspect of my offense. (This is my #1 rule because it's been broken too much)
3. No demands must be sent my way from anyone.
4. No complaints.
5. No bad mouthing or arguing with me.
6. MUST be Gold bound.
7. MUST have strong talent.
If I notice that a rule or more are being broken I will drop your team (with a major exception to owners I've worked with in the past that I worked well with), then after that drop you will have to send me a detailed message explaining what your thinking was, and I may or may not come back on board.
I work better with Non-Casual Teams. I estimate that 85-88% of the teams I coach make it to the Playoffs. Last year, 100% of my teams made it to the playoffs and 2 made it to the Conference Championship (the one that lost didn't have a full defensive roster and we still beat full rostered teams.)
