He's got 23 skill points left to be distributed. Am I better off dumping them all into stamina, vision, SA's, or spreading them out between the three?

Also, he can upgrade one more piece of AEQ. Would I be better going with +1 Tunnel Vision or +2% Break Block? I assume the answer to the first question will impact this.

9 sp into vision
the rest into stamina

If the BB is on the piece that is 100% I'd go with BB. If it is on the piece where you only get 50% (or 1%) then I would go with adding one more TV.
