As to the OP I never made a scrambler so wont pretend I am any kind of expert in them but there are multiple threads regarding scramblers here that have good points in them so dig a bit and you should find what your looking for .

i would agree with norse instead of working on speed get agility up very high have ur top 3 throwing vision agility

http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1120341&playoffs=0 fyi one of, if not the best scrambler QB out there for reference and Norse making it to WL is actually more how you start not how you finish since if you fuck up your builds early on then generally its 100x harder to fix em later if you can at all so I hope you made good choices early on and took those first attributes to high enough cap levels
