I should have 97 Throwing (with +14 equipment) on Day 40.

Next season, Im training and using boost points on my secondary (Vision), i havent done calculations but, at the very least, i should have 50-58 on Vision (should crack 100 Throwing just by next seasons' level gains alone) when i am 80 Days old.

Is this okay or did i do something wrong? I been gone from GLB for roughly 9 seasons so im still getting used to everything

You should have capped throwing long before now. Basically you want to spend skill points to cap attributes as quickly as possible, so as soon as you had enough to reach 49, you should do that.

For a 3 major dot, it should be nearing or at the 68 cap, with attribute #2 in the high 20s and attribute #3/#4 near 20.

Also, to clarify, since you've been gone for 9 seasons, a good lvl 72 QB will easily be able to reach 150 throwing, 100 vision, 90 strength - with equipment.

You may be setting your goals too low. Maximizing your ALGs and caps is critical early on in a build, and even moreso with a dot that gains .67 to majors for 22 lvls.

I can cap my throwing right now if i wanted but i want to maximize my training, i used my BTs on Day 1 to max out Training Upgrades for Throwing. Getting 47% Throwing training, so i get 1 skill point on Throwing roughly between 2 to 2 1/2 days on average for 2 weeks (Basically 7 skill points on Throwing in 2 weeks), mathematically speaking. lol

I have 50 skill points available to use And i should have 80 by Day 40, i didnt even boost this season yet.

So i'll be level 14 with 97 in throwing, and next season i didnt even calculate anything for next season but i should reach first cap on Vision (or any other secondary) by the end of next season.

Is 58 first cap or is 68 first cap? If 68 is the first cap, i should surpass 100 in Throwing on Day 40 if im not mistaken.

48 is the first cap.

That's just it - you are maximizing your training at the cost of your ALGs, which are worth a LOT more at level 1-22. Every level you gain, you get .67 throwing.

Right now, each level, you're gaining .67 SP worth of throwing each level.
With throwing at 48 you're gaining 1.34 SP worth of throwing each level.
With throwing at 61 you're gaining 2.01 SP worth of throwing each level.
With throwing at 68 you're gaining 2.68 SP worth of throwing each level.

73 - 3.35 SP worth
77 - 4.02 SP worth


Level 8 dots right now, being built to maximize ALGs are sitting at 68 throwing. The multiplicative nature of the ALG & cap system dictates that you get your first attribute as high as possible as fast as possible. Training does not accomplish this efficiently.

Right now, a QB that has taken advantage of ALGs has a +7 SP value to their player over yours. The longer you keep throwing low, the more that will compound. As that other QB gains SP and goes to the 73/77 caps and beyond, the value for each level increases.
