On to 2000s movie week. A few of my favs from the decade. Yes, I know, not room for all of the good ones.

Game of the Week
Victoria Teabaggers (6-1) v Cult of Personalities (6-1)
Potential home playoff positioning is on the line in this one. VT looks stronger than ever this season and while CoP is not as strong as the past couple of seasons, they are still very dangerous. Should be a good game. Will the old dogs of CoP fight past another one or is this No Country For Old Men http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4RnHsV3wIo ? VT 24, CoP 21

Palembang Drunken Monks (7-0) v Wichita Black Magic (2-5)
WBM looks like they will avoid relegation but they have not performed terribly well against the non-CPU teams in SEA thus far. I am guessing most of the Traffic http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUDOlyCpHwo up and down the field in this one will be of the Monk variety. Monks 127, WBM 0
Portland Dirty Penguins (7-0) v Singapore Slingers (0-7)
SS continues their rough SEA schedule with one of their tougher games to date in PDP. Probably going to get ugly where PDP looks a bit like the bride in Kill Bill http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-czwy-aVbbU and SS looks like those crazy 88 guys. PDP 130, SS 6
Royal Blue Drunken Smurfs of Funkalicious Labatt (5-2) v Benton Harbor Havoc (4-3)
One of the week’s few good matchups in Naga. This is an important game from a playoff positioning perspective and I doubt that the loser will receive a Quantum of Solace http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f6acw690AqQ when they look at the standings. Smurfs 35, BHH 28
Golden Hill Bones (4-3) v Tibetan Drunk Monks (4-3)
Another of the better Naga matchups this week features two teams jockeying for position towards the end of the 8 team lineup and the loser might look back at this game was of the reasons they don’t make it in the big dance if that occurs. Woody Island Wolverines (4-3) v Las Vegas Dirty Hookers (1-6)
LVDH got their first win in convincing fashion last week but now it’s back to the grind of playing against a playoff quality SEA team in the form of WIW. A loss here would really turn WIW Sideways http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YS9ocP6FNvM but I really don’t see that happening. WIW 42, LVDH 7
Sainte Foy Cyclones (4-3) v Semarang Red Bulls (0-7)
SFC is caught up in that big pack of teams tied from 6 to 10 but at least they have a layup here. This win may not carry the weight it used to but it still counts. Plus their get their turn in Semarang’s Revenge of the Sith http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9kdEsZH5ohc tour. SFC 255, Semarang 0
Bandar Lampung Pigskin Pirates (3-4) v Hong Kong Hustlers (0-7)

Three Kingdom Warriors (7-0) v Wu Dang Kung Fu Academy (5-2)
Easy GoTW choice and one of the better lolregular season matchups in lolgaruda this season. Both of these teams probably think they’ll be the Lord of the Rings http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pki6jbSbXIY of lolgaruda and SEA come season’s end but we’ll get some idea of who’s who this game. SDSU Aztecs (6-1) v Buffalo Rampage (7-0)
Buffalo has circled the wagons yet again this season and they’re rolling. Now they roll into Sin City http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKFLrTYKIXk err San Diego for a matchup that has lost a little bit of its luster after the Aztecs got dunked on last week. Were they looking ahead to Buffalo? We’ll find out. Buffalo 45, SDSU 21
Phu Khao Bow Chicka Brown Cows (5-2) v Atlantic Great Whites (3-4)
The Cows came within a whisker of taking down mighty TKW and now they have to regroup mentall for an AGW team that is tied for the 8 spot and desperately needs to upset someone along the way to make the playoffs. Will AGW get their upset or will they be Cast Away http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJvosb4UCLs from the playoff scene? Cows 45, AGW 10
NBA Jam Extreme (4-3) v Halifax Harpoons (3-4)
Both teams picked up somewhat though not totally unexpected wins last time out. Just when it looked darkest for the Jam they seemed to turned it around. Can their squad of Almost Famous http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qk0XnyrENrE ballers dunk on HH this week? NBA 42, HH 17
Krakow Kryptonite (4-3) v Destin Leviathans (3-4)
This game is big for both teams as the loser may regret not picking up a win that could turn into a tie-breaker at the end of the season. Who is left standing after these two teams Crash http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEQ_ftkpb18 into each other?

Mandalay King Cobras (3-4) v Island of Misfit Toys (1-6)
MKC may have saved their season when they scraped by Boston last week but they still have a lot of work to do. This one probably won’t be that much effort, however. It’s likely that There Will Be Blood http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3THVbr4hlY in this one. MKC 75, IMT 10
Boston Bears (3-4) v Shanghai Tigers (1-6)
Boston loss to MKC really hurt but they’re not done yet. They better watch out for a Shanghai team that has played tougher than their record suggests thus far. Is it a case of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEaGsdiA0y0 or just another bear mauling? Boston 45, Shanghai 35
Tanzania Lumberjacks (2-5) v Bourbontown BlueCats (0-7)
