Okay so I'm going to start to build a receiver next season, but I'm using the VPB(Virtual player builder) and I want to know what are the best VA's for a WR speedster?

Is there a forum or something that has all the VA's so I could take a look?

Here was my write up from a private forum that might be helpful.

This entire thread, while humorous has been a bit vague.

VA's that are quite "hip" to any WR are:

Streaky - Undeniably one of the most OP'd aspects of this game. Comes with little risk and great reward.
Mr. Reliable - Should be on any starter you plan on throwing more than 8 yards to on a regular basis.
Big Heart - Morale spiral reversal.
Slow Starter - If you are good enough to survive a quarter of play with a sub average player for 15 or so snaps, why not?
OT Killer - Everyone on the team should have at least 1 in this VA.
Comeback Kid - If you are behind in a game, how many times do you throw 15+ yards? A lot.
Clock Manager - I can't say I am generally high on this VA...but its effects when matched with some others is pretty solid.
Track Star - Speed Kills...the more the better.
Soft Hands - Catching is king, if you can fit the VA it is a great bonus.

VA's that are quite hip if you add any sort of break tackle aspect to your build such as higher strength or carrying, possibly some break tackle chance are:

Bruiser - Its effects might only last for 8 yards but if you aren't completely reliable on Spin as a break tackle artist, this might be your better option while running on power.
Slippery - Generally people use spin on their dots, and why wouldn't they? It is the best break tackle SA there is and elusive running makes it even better. Plus this VA works all over the field.
YAC Attack - The way GLB generally works is coverage is pretty close at all times. YAC Attack brings a huge boost to breaking that initial tackle. Solid investment.

Another aspect of break tackle builds is spin, but this also works for builds that are considering creative route running and have higher juke/hf skills. That would be:

Quick Feet - Once again, Spin is the best break tackle SA there is in the game. Quick Feet is the biggest modifier you can get to add to Spin itself and also helps Juke and Head Fake as well.

For those that are a bit underage for their perspective league, another fake VA is:

Clever Instincts - Its actual dotball on field effects are highly debated, but in theory its helpful. Hard to tell with fakes.

Borderline VA's I wouldn't choose myself, but some seem to be high on:

Awe Inspiring - Sweet VA in theory, but is the difference of 12-18 vision really worth a VA? I was more interested in it when mentor gave the huge vision buff, but now I kinda feel like its a long way to go for not much gain.
Underdog - See Awe Inspiring.
Ball Hawk - Its hard to tell how valuable this VA is. On the one hand it might help fighting off the CB's Ball Hawking skills, but on the other hand I just feel like its down the list of valuable VA's. I could see why someone might invest in it tho and it is super valuable to defensive secondaries. So it doesn't make my list of poopers.
Slot Machine - I have to say this VA falls very low on my list. But a 15% bonus to vision and a 45% bonus to Sticky Hands effects is enough to at least be an honorable mention. Oh...there is a bonus to Route Run too I guess...however if you are investing in Route Run beyond just enough SP's to take Sticky Hands to 10 than well...ya....>_>
Prime Time Player - I like this idea on a TE better than a WR. But if you are forcing starters in the RZ and really have that amazing Possession Build, I could see it.

Overrated VA's I wish people would stop talking about:

Clutch - Completely unknown. For the life of me I can't seem to understand the praise for this VA outside of Bort's silly comment about it.
Possession WR - Until someone brings back the dreaded Bonn Zone for knocking balls loose, this is a pass. The pass quality for a throw within 8 yards is too good to waste your time with this VA on a WR.
Go To Guy - Pass Quality on a QB is generally 36%-47% on a regular basis. While this VA seems like a solid idea in theory matched up with well build quality passer, I have been completely underwhelmed. My thought behind this is that pass quality can only get so good before you are just fighting rng or pressure. But if you are looking for more throws to your WR, this VA in a casual league might have some mild interest.
Red Zone Freak - Only works when the Line of Scrimmage is inside the 20. But there is a 25% chance it won't fire? COME ON!
Quick - Ya I said it.
