I try and do it one week in advance at a time...go in maybe take 10-15 mins set the lineup for the week to offset for players with off days including your pitchers and always keep your relief pitchers in the lineup if possible. Its not to difficult

If I have to change my roster every day I'm out. I don't even like baseball.

But if I can just do it every once in awhile and maybe still win a game here and there, then I'll play.

Well more people maybe watching baseball and basketball this year with the lockout.

its totally up to you how much or how often you change your roster
