I have seen some people love it and some hate it. Right now I have 15 in clutch and nail in coffin and 6 in swagger.Would it be a good idea to move 15 to streaky and then rebuild clutch up to 15? Or would it be better to fill up swagger this year and wait until next season to go to streaky.

I would not touch streaky as a kicker. Probably OK as a punter. And I don't think it's worth more than either of those VAs.
