What are the must SA's for centers in people's opinions.

And if you have extras SA's floating around at the end of the build what are (or one) some nice-to-have SA's.

So you saying put 0 SP's into SA's other than First Step?

Is Line General really needed? Is morale and energy really that big of a deal (especially at high levels when already built up)?

Line General is trash. Had it to 10 with my C along with VA and it made little to no differnce. I'd just get the Get Low and Run Block SA's. Better off putting your SP's to good use.
