CF for 99% of receivers. You gotta build very specific for open field fake to be useful, and even then, I think CF is probably still the more reliable choice.

Personally I wouldn't do either.
CF fires regardless of how you build, and only seems to fire rarely for little effect.
OFF is very specific and I think those points could be better used directly in your fake SA's, or in fake attributes, like carrying, or agility, or possibly in str, or spin as you can easily build a WR to do both fake and brk tackles with spin.
