We are a pro team since season 20. Currently playoff streak is at 11 consecutive seasons.
Now is your chance to become an Ox. We have a few openings that need to be filled and we will only be looking at the best dots. Our philosophy is simple, casual success depends on the strength of your build. We have been to the playoffs every year of our existence with one championship and a conference championship season 19. We are looking for more gold. I do all the game planning around the dots on this team, I ask you to change tactics for important games and I expect to win. So far we have done very well. We went undefeated season 16 and got our promotion to AAA for season 17 where we were a playoff contender yet again. Season 18 was ours for the taking but some "unfortunate" sim problems wrecked our chances in the first round. Season 19 we went undefeated yet again and now its time to take care casual pro!
Yes, this is a casual league team and before you discount us, do some research. We have dots with great stats and competitive games. Since we began in season 10, we have had 11 straight winning seasons (135-38 and a .780 win percentage) will show we are a good organization and have a real chance every season. This also shows we are a stable team that won't be going anywhere except up.

Heading into season 21 we only have a few needs so if your interested I need to know ASAP as these slots will fill fast as they do every season. We are only interested in level 65+ dots age 400 - 500 days old.
On Offense we need:
WR - Need two quality guys, looking for high speed, high catching. Maybe even a strength guy if the build is done right.
Our defense has the most holes to fill:
2 DE - Ideally looking for strength de's but i have found success with agility/speed de's as well
LB - Need 2 guys to be strength and tackling focused build
CB - Already a good secondary, we only need a couple roll players here, i will start the best guys when we start the new season, so nothing is set in stone.
This team is a serious contender every year. I won't promise a championship like a lot of guys out there, but I will promise a real shot at getting to the title game. If you think you can come in and compete for this team I want to hear from you. I will only take serious pm's and will try to respond to as many as possible, you as good agents deserve no less.
