We're a slow build team building for the high level leagues. We've made the playoffs every season since the team was founded, and went 15-1 this season. We were #2 in the league in both passing yards and passing TDs, and are looking to pass even more next season now that our players are becoming more well rounded. Team information is below, send me a PM if you have any questions.

Thank you!

Who we are:
We started as a group of real life friends and family mostly from Berkeley, California. We've been able to retain a full roster of slow build players every season, and remain committed to building for the future. Almost all of our current agents have been here since level 1. We're a tight, active group that is in it for the long haul.

When the team was founded, we made a simple list goals and expectations, and so far it's gone extremely well. We've finished our stadium and have made the playoffs every season, and more importantly we have a deep roster of slow build players that are very much on track for high level success.

Long term goal:
Build a team that can compete at the Pro and World League level.

Short term priorities (in order):
1) Build and train our players correctly to succeed at the Pro and World level (slow build)
2) Secure the team's financial future and complete stadium construction in the fastest and most economical manner
3) Win games/titles in the minor leagues:

What we expect from agents:
1) Boost every season, have custom equipment
2) Be active, if you won't be able to log in between games give us some advance warning.
3) Be willing to listen to the team's advice about player builds and tactics. It's not a dictatorship, and of course we'll want input from everyone, but in the end we're going to develop a team concept that we hope everyone will want to follow (coordinating VAs, etc).
4) Some seasons we'll have to pass more and some seasons we'll have to run more, it's just the way it is with GLB's continued re-balancing. Everyone will get enough plays to get max xp, and while we'll listen to everyone's suggestions about depth chart and play time, not everyone can be a star every season.
5) Be a student of the game and knowledgeable about your player's position. It's tough to keep up with everything on the forums since there are no search function, so we'll definitely need a group effort to stay up to date with metagame and sim changes.
