i'm helping out a pw team, and in each of their scrims, they strung together 3 penalties in a row. penalties are just such a joke in glb since its not about game flow but just a random occurrence, and if you get a bad rng sequence, you can get strings of penalties that just destroy game plans.
Forum > Pee Wee Leagues > would there be support in getting rid of penalties in peewee?

I think they should tone down penalties overall in all levels now that rushing has been nerfed.

I don't think we should get rid of penalties across the board but I would agree the when you jump offsides then the next play should be practically zero chance of another one. And zero chance for 3 in a row. But my guess that is probably not easy to code since the plays are probably seperate instances and may not be able to see what happened on the previous play.

i filed a bug on this and was told that its not a bug. if penalties were based on game play, i wouldnt have as much an issue with it, but its just random, and the rng in glb isnt known for its actual randomness.

Since vision and confidence is so low on peewee players it makes sense to do away with penalties.

I think there should be MORE penalties...just not the 2-4 offsides in a row. There are quite a few penalties called IRL.

yeah i think it is one of those things that peewee hasn't quite got sorted with the new sims
...if you look at the playoffs(where penalties has always been a concern), there aren't too many teams that have a lot of penalties in a game called against them ...it is just somthn that we need to develop a guide to benefit all of peewee for ...as a whole it isn't such a serious issue even for the playoffs ...it does cost some teams games, but I suggest that those teams should take a closer look at the differences in builds between teams ...if we collaborated all of our info, then we could quickly find a solution to this in the team builds ...but I dun think that there would be so many teams willing to cooperate to this= R.I.P. Peewee!

personally, I think it is more than just a random thing ...not getting vision and confidence up early is definately a factor!
