Your player MUST be 261 days or older for the cap, and it's desirable to me that they be at least level 50 or higher. Basically, you should be a booster. I will determine starting positions based on who has the better build, boosting, CE, etc. I play no favorites. We have a winning tradition, and I intend to keep it that way.
