Wise-guy answers aside for a second........

Can the build of this center be saved?.........can he still grow to be a serviceable back-up somewhere?..........or is it so hopeless that he should be retired?

Any thoughts on how to save him would be appriciated.

Well the first thing is you really need to fix your equipment.

I'm guessing you have AEQ for the +2 blocking, +1 agility, +2 confidence.

2 pieces of really good AEQ is better than having 3 pieces of mediocre to bad AEQ.

Your AEQ should all be +2 or preferably +3 base in strength or agility.

You need to get agility to the 73/74 cap, then cap stamina, then get agility to the 81 cap, then put as much in speed as you can after that.

At least 2 pieces of equipment should be HBC %.


I don't know what your BT situation is like to know how you should train.
