It should get them to reconsider how the promotion/demotion process works.I say demote only 4 and only take winners from the pro league championship games. That way people will actually care about winning Pro league CG's and these borderline teams (like Milwaukee this season) have a change to build something up in World League rather than wasting another season in pro.

in that scenario milwaukee never makes it in the first place.

I agree, it goes to show that a teams that are 8th or worst are still better than half the teams coming up. there should be a play in game or something, if ESL would have been demoted, they would have wasted this season in SEA winning a worthless Pro gold, instead they have a shot at W/L Gold
