Make tackle % is what most people would recommend but I'm trying to figure out what my other 2/3 choices should be. Anyone have any suggestions?

I wouldn't do TV, either.
If you're doing three AEQ, then First Step and Super Vision would probably be your best choices.

not worth it.
Just use BT's to buy FS and SV as Bonus Sa's, get FS to 4, and AEQ will take it to 10.
You can get by without unlocking SV as a bonus SA and just having AEQ in SV, 6 SV is good, 7 is better, 8 is ideal. 10 is great... but if you can buy another bonus SA and pump it instead while just having AEQ in SV you might see more success.

This, if you want to play on more downs than just blitzing ones. I would go 1 FS/ 1 SV/1-2 make tackle pieces.
