Playoff Round 2 Predictions

Since we’re down to the cream of the crop, the theme of the week is Texan’s favorite albums week. I’m sure you guys will think they suck, but you can, uh, suck it.
Naga
#1 Palembang Drunken Monks (17-0) v #4 Victoria Teabaggers (14-3)
Previous Meeting: Monks 58, VT 17
Much like three of the four second round games, the first game between these two was not very close. Even so, things seem to change when the playoffs come along, so you know the Monks won’t take it lightly. Will jtrav and co pull things together for the upset, or will the Monks be a repeat Violator http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1xrNaTO1bI of VT’s? It all starts in the trenches and I give the Monks the edge there. Monks 35, VT 27
#2 Semarang Red Bulls (15-2) v #3 Krungthep Garudas (15-2)
Previous Meeting: Semarang 48, Krungthep 15
Two SEA legends meet again and this time I expect the game to be a whole lot closer than the first time, which seemed in no way to indicate the Krungthep talent level. Both teams have been rolling all season, except for a couple of glitches each and both teams have WL type talent. For one of them though, this game represents the Disintegration http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggP5YDziMSY of their season. We’ll leave it up to the sim gods. Krungthep 38, Semarang 35

#1 Buffalo Rampage (15-2) v #4 Phu Khao Bow Chicka Brown Cows (14-3)
Previous Meeting: Cows 55, Rampage 24
Both teams Buffalo lost to during the regular season are still alive in the playoffs and the Cows are one of them. This is a chance for Buffalo to either win the more important matchup, or get swept by a fierce group from Phu Khao. Both teams’ coordinators better whip out their Ok Computer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Afis1Ne3Kq0 and plan this one up right. The season has started. Buffalo 28, Cows 27
#2 New York Empire (15-2) v #3 Wu Dang Kung Fu Academy (15-2)
Previous Meeting: NYE 26, 17
Strangely, this is the only round 2 rematch where the first game was close. It’s also a chance for KFA to avenge their only lolgaruda loss. If Wu can win this one, they’ll enter the Superunknown http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwdjreJKggg of the SEA conference finals for the first time. For NYE, they’d love to finish the job this season and take their shot at gold. I predicted a revenge result in 2 of the previous 3 matchups, so let’s make it 3 out of 4. Wu 42, NYE 33
