Congrats to all the playoff teams for Season 20!
Several other guys have made their predictions, so here are mine.
Alpha
#1 Cypriot Freedom vs. #8 Death Dealers - Cypriot shut out the Death O in their regular season match-up, and with no one running the show in Death, I expect they will do the same again. Prediction - Cypriot by 42
#2 Devonport Devils vs. #7 Bora Bora Bangaroos - The regular season matchup between these two teams was very one sided, as Devonport held Bora Bora to 121 yards of total O and 6 points. Alot has changed since then, and I think this will be a better game. However, I think Devonport will still wind up victorious. Prediction - Devonport by 21
#3 Banzai Pipeline Nites vs. #6 Stockholm Black Death - Banzai gets an opportunity to avenge one of their three losses this season. In fact, if the top seeds hold and Banzai wins Alpha, they will have faced all three of the teams they lost to. Stockholm looks like the favorite based on their regular season game. This will be an interesting game to see if Banzai can adjust and if Stockholm showed too much in that win. I expect this one to come down to the wire, but I think Banzai's biggest strength (the best ST unit in Alpha) will give them just enough of the edge to get the win. Prediction - Banzai by 3
#4 Gold Coast Michelin Men vs. #5 6th Street Savage Swarm - Interestingly, this is another matchup where the lower seed beat the higher seed in the regular season. I am not sure who will win this one, but I hate to just pick higher seeds, so I am going to pick 6th Street to win on a late score. Prediction - 6th Street by 3

Zeta Conference
#1 East Europe Alliance vs. #8 Indianola Longhorn Legends - EEA beat ILL by a ton in the regular season, so I just don't see any way they can lose in the first round this season. Prediction - EEA by 50
#2 Asau Pirates vs. #7 IC Incinerators - Not to sound repetitive, but Asau beat IC by a ton in the regular season, so I just don't see any way they will lose this game. IC should make it a closer game than the regular season match-up, but it still will not be very close. Prediction - Asau by 42
#3 Sumatra Seahawks vs. #6 San Diego Supa Chargers - Zeta is pretty top heavy, as the first round of the playoffs will show. This game should be closer than the two above, but Sumatra will still be victorious by double digits. Prediction - Sumatra by 21
#4 Oregon Ducks vs. #5 Gold Coast Viper - This could be a real good game, as I think Gold Coast can compete with Oregon well. They played fairly close in the regular season, so this is my only realistic chance to pick an underdog to win in Zeta. However, I don't see it happening. Prediction - Oregon by 17
