Even though it costs more, I believe he'd get more bang for his buck with carrying - specifically because it's a spin build. I'm not sure though, 77 carrying + 25% Not Fumble might be enough anyway. I know 81 + 25% Not Fumble seems to work in WL. I'd guess 77 would be good or borderline at least.

The BT% should reduce tackle quality also, but I think ST hits might be so high speed that the FF threshold is met on most tackles anyway regardless of modifiers.
