I have a feeling this is going to be a very bad idea, but im going to do it anyways.

Ok, well basically I made my personal list of websites, I havent seen all websites but from the ones i've seen this is my list

5. http://www.aussiebattlers.com.au/ - Aussie Battlers - Southeast Asia Pro


Honorable Mention - Minnesota Lumberjacks - http://sports-boards.net/lumberjacks/ - USA BBB#6 - I wanted to sneak this team into the top 5, but I probably would have got flamed for being so biased considering 1 of the teams I GM, and another one of the teams were in the BBB6 last year, but Sully puts an amazing effort into his site and should be credited.



Ok, that was my top 5, once again, I havent seen every single website out there, but those are the best that i;ve seen, you can tell the owners put in an amazing effort, truly worthy of recognition.

Just an opinion, but I think what sets the "good" sites apart from the bad sites are:

1] Quality of content
2] Uniqueness of content
3] Uniqueness of site

Now, the content for team sites, in all likelihood, will be the same... Rosters, recaps, etc. What sets sites apart are how they are assembled. I can't tell you how many weebly or freewebs templates I've seen batted around, and those templates make every team site look alike.

Not to say any of these websites are "bad" per se, but when all the sites look the same, it gets hard to tell them apart.

My impromptu top 5 (Note that these are NOT in any order):
* http://sports-boards.net/lumberjacks/ (Minnesota Lumberjacks) - Call me biased, but it hits all 3 of my criteria for being a good site.

* http://gcpunishers.com/ (Gotham City Punishers) - Gotham City has a good design that sets it apart from the 3958732987 weebly, freewebs, and GG Eden templates out there. Not only that, their forum is a great place to view recaps and such.

* http://seattlemonsoon.com/cmps_index.php (Seattle Monsoon) - I liked their old setup better, but getting vBulletin is a difference from the weebly/freewebs templates, and the dark scheme is a refreshing change.

* http://pennsylvanialions.googlepages.com/index.html (Pennsylvania Lions) - Pennsylvania has provided a fresh design that is easy on the eyes while providing a bevy of top notch content.

* http://www.springfield-spiderpigs.com/ (Springfield Spiderpigs) - Like Pennsylvania, they have a very fresh, clean design, and they have assembled some good content to put on their site.

I've seen that freewebs template for at least a dozen teams. Hard to tell sites apart when they all look alike, and yours looks like plenty of other teams. Find a fresh template that nobody's using, set your site apart from the others.

Well its detailed, and more original than most.
What other teams could have thought of a webstore, hightlight videos, and no team would have ever thought of a 'fan club' section. Its just more original some others that I have seen..

I see you still haven't fixed your image problem on your site. Don't be mad because someone else likes another persons site. Its just there OPINION. Your site does look cheap

Thanks...not to mention even though its a free site our format is different than anyone else's I have seen. Anyone else have a Cobra in the background? or I heart ImTheScientist panties in their webstore?
