right now he has 19 points, but overnight he's turning to level 27. what should I do with those points?

keep taking vision to 77 or 73, you shouldn't have stopped

Yeah, vision needs to be taken to 77 cap at the FS position. You should take it to 73 immediately then see at that point if it would be better (i.e. faster/cheaper) to take it to 77 or to take agility to 61, 68, etc I'd stop agility at 73.
