We're looking for an OC with solid experience and a very good understanding of how to leverage the OAI, pass progressions, and that keeps up with GLB, generally speaking. I run the defense myself and can help out a little on the offense but do not have the time to do both off & def very effectively.

Our current OC has asked me to try to find a suitable replacement so we can make a serious run. I expect we will win 12-13 games no matter who is the OC so not looking for total noobs here...just want to make sure you know what you're doing. Depending on the interest level I get, I may be willing to bring in somebody with a little less experience who can help tweak and refine what we have as our overall OAI & Packages are pretty sound (imo). But we do need somebody who will study game film of our team, and our opponents to see what works/what does not.
We have a great group of agents & a real shot at getting far in the playoffs. Shoot me a PM if interested and give me a brief rundown of your experience. Not looking for a full resume...just let me know what you feel you are very knowledgeable with, and what you feel you are not as good at or do not understand as well.
