How much speed does a blocking FB need?

Totally.... 
IMO you need at least 100 speed to block for speed / elusives...
Here's a 100 speed FB blocking for a 140 speed HB, just barely enough speed...

I know my level 65 has 114 and he does well on pitches and outside rushes. He also seems to get out to the second level very fast.
In the replay posted, if that FB ran to the edge more quickly and made the block, the HB wouldn't have hesitated so much and likely would have made a bigger gain.
