My DT im takin it to 60 just because i didnt have quad training for a good chunk of his career. We are a playoff team nearly basically every year so Heart of Champ to 5. He will play at 70 in playoffs, not bad. For my other newer guys i plan on getting it to 73-74ish and HOC to 5ish.
anywhere from 40 to 50 is probably good enough. You can try to get away with less, but I can't provide any info on anything less than 41 at this point.
I would work on confidence last, after your sa's if you plan on putting SP's into it. Or you could not add any sp's to it and just train it. The thing with confidence is no one's for sure how good it is and they can not prove that a pancke or revcke or lack there of is due to confidence. The only thing people know is that is in the break/hold block roll and that is a major for offensive line. If you have high enough str, agi, and speed, I don't see why you would need more confidence than you can train because you are going to be a terror for any lineman no matter how high their confidence is.....so to answer question...no one knows for sure on the defensive side of the ball. On the offense you will see guys from any where to 60-70 confidence
I used to have all around builds (my first dots). They would perform average during the season but when playoffs came they always had good games. I believe confidence is more of a factor in the playoffs.

Are you kidding? If your guy has even a moderate amount of strength to avoid being pancaked then pushing confidence to 60 will help you neglect other meaningful stats.
