P - good build, shame you won't make 72, although not sure why you have so much speed.
DE - not terrible - tackling is too high though

The P is decent. The high speed confused me too. Time to load up on SA's, getting them to 6-8 natural. I'd train Stamina to 30+
The DE could use Confidence training to 40 or so. I'd top up Speed to 77 natural, then look at SA's.
