WOW....I've never in my life thought they'd get super nerfed....from stopping the run and breaking arms....to becoming oblivious....

How do you guys feel?

not much really changed since last season in terms of safeties...

I feel the same way, my SS hardly gets any tackles or anything, it kills me.

Problem is that they are pretty much used to cover TEs and HBs now. I know as a DC, a good strong safety is very important to my defenses, even if they aren't getting a lot of stats.

My SS is having a pretty good season so far.

If you arent getting stats than either your build is shitty or your DC is shitty

False. LBs are actually doing their job and DC is good

I really liked my SS before retiring him to make linebackers.

If you blitz, you know the value of a good SS.

Let me put it this way... in the current sim, how useless are big-hitting SS's? My guy hasn't forced a single fumble his entire career at level 36. The SA's better make a huge ass difference, otherwise I feel I'm wasting my time (and money).

No SAs other than custom equip tree and my level 43 has 18 FF in his career.
I saw FF pick up last season, which looks to be the level range your dot is currently in. Are you using your SS on Special Teams and SS?
