Zeta
1. Black Hand Gods Of War - Runner up from last season, no WL Drop Down in Zeta, and a Coordinator merger, this team has it all going for them, it's WL or bust imo, but there are a few teams that could stand in their way. I would be quite shocked though to not see this team in the final.
2. Black Sea Storm - Not much to say about the team, they have a humble owner, crazy troll, and wl leadership, but adding all things together, imo they will still be playing second fiddle and be back in EE Pro Zeta in season 21.
3. Kosovo Kryptonite - Last season I picked them as a "sleeper" team to make the top 4 and they didn't disappoint, they are back and better. They will be a force and could very easily take the 2 seed away from the Storm
4. Holland Pinoy All Stars Srs - This season they are Srs, or was it last season, oh well, either way, this team is capable of beating anybody, but when the chips fall, I think they grab the last home playoff spot, only to lose in the playoffs to one of the above teams.
5. The Hague Hustlers - Talked smack last season, but did back it up w/ some impressive showings, even in their losses. This is a team that imo could beat 2-4 on any given day, but I think they will be on the outside looking in for a home playoff game.
6. Weapons of Mass Dotstruction - Okay, I'll bite, their eff level looks real nice, but can they back it up. I just dont know enough about them to put them ahead of the top 4, but this is a team that could be scary, could challenge for that 4th playoff spot, I would not be surprised to see them up there.
7. Prince Rupert Drunken Donkeys - Jotnar brings his crew to town, They should contend in nearly every game and are a playoff lock imo, but how low is the question, could see them anywhere from 6-8.
8. Stalingrad Gryphon Army - Their experience may help them win out for the last playoff spot, but they are no lock, that is for sure, they have their work cut out for them.
9. Krakow Ice Dragons - 9-7 last season was good, I dont know if they can improve on that looking at whose above them, however can they win a game against the likes of SGA or Donkeys and sneak into the playoffs, that will be interesting to watch.
10. Ithaca Warriors - Nice looking new team - I doubt they can get into the playoffs, but I think a season under their belts could translate into a good sophomore showing.
11. Barcelona Chupacabras - Good enough to beat up on some of the little guys, but that's about it....
12. Siberian Coldfront - A bit young, but a lock to stick around imo. Again, another team that will do well getting the Pro Experience and first season under their belts
13. Wheel City Dragons - A bit lost with them, time will tell, but I dont see anything that makes me want to move them up...
14. Laos King Pongers - Only 40 Human Players as of today, energy will do them in...., Can they beat the lions to stay though...
15. Gen 2 Lions - Only 38 Human Players as of today, energy will do them in....
16. Russian Revolution Retired - 7 Human Players - need I say more....
Overall Thoughts
Zeta takes a step down after the GOW, then again another step down in the 5-6 area, but it's plain to see in my eyes that Zeta is much deeper w/ at least decent teams into the 8-12 area as opposed to Alpha.
