well a blitzer and a zone coverage have different builds. its best to have a build that a DC can use in a specific scheme than it is to have a build that can play in various schemes. pick one and go with it. have your build dictate how you play... not the DC. a DC that wants to use your dot according to how he is built will sign your dot. if you go the other way around, you'll wind up with a mediocre dot that will have trouble finding a job.
that being said, if you go zone coverage, the order would be speed, vision, agility, tackling, jumping, stamina, confidence, strength... since strength gets no ALGs, it is best to work on it last. but that is not to say its not important. you are still going to want, probably at least 61 strength.
a blitzer on the other hand would probably need a little bit more strength to help with engaging blockers, maing sure he doesnt get caked, and also shedding blocks. especially with the new DPC changes.
