Once you get past these 8 not a lot to look at
West
1. Chicago Hedgehogs
Going into the season it looks as though wise has once again put together a damn nice squad. Dickerson back at HB is a nice plus and madet0rder back at OC means they will put up points. Throw in an 1120 Effective level with 9 players that can still boost and they are looking like the team to beat in the west......Than again they had the same look last season and they are still here.
2. Monmouth Evil Monkeys
The Monkeys still have Jdros at DC so you know they will be bringing the heat with their pass rush. A solid influx of new dots by some serious dot builders (Saris, Dpride, xcoach and Meatdawg) should help out the O. Effective level at 1100 is a bit low but 16 dots still can boost this season so it should look a bit better.
3. South Georgia Growl
Dawg and the rest of this Addict team are coming off a disapointing season 19. 10-6 and a first round playoff loss is not what we expect from the Growl Franchise. They have brought in some solid new Dots, including Freeman Marcus one of the baddest LB's in recent USA PRO history. Their 1108 Effective level will get a small bump from 7 dots that can still boost.
4. Cincinnati Shockers
A LOT of turnover on the Shockers roster this offseason, but with the brain trust of MadMustaff, PP, Badgerbacker and Bhall things always seem to work out for Cinci. Still Sitting on 1068 eff level with only 11 dots that can boost and that 33 chem might mean tough times against the top teams. OR it might not
5. Corpus Christi Illegal Aliens
Sly and his illegal clan look to have put together a solid roster. Coming off an 11-5 season 19 they have a real chance to make some noise in the west this year. That 1116 Effective level has me on the fence about having them this low. Let's see if they can turn that talent into Ws
East
1. Humbolt Killer Hornets
Solid Squad last season that lost a tight game to the eventual champs South Otto. Looks like the team to beat in the East
2. Chico High Panthers
Not quite sure why Big Brain is the owner and Head Coach, but he beat me in week one last season so who am I to judge. That being said, there seems to be some good talent on this squad and they do a solid job of game planning. I for one hope this isn't my interleague game.
3. All The Kings Men
King of Bling always puts together a competive team, in what looks like a down season for the east-aided by the Sloth's bailing out-this might be the Kings Chance to make the WL FINALLY.
4. Damn the East is looking soft this season
West
