i would go strength, catching, carrying, agility, speed, jumping, stamina, confidence, and then vision.

First 3 attributes to 68
Speed to 77
End game speed is 130 with full AEQ. Agi will be mid 70's. I think they'll get open with the right OC and a couple points in route run and FS... especially since neither SA's are penalized.

this (although, i think the build i have has upper 70's agility). i dont think it will be very easy to get the ball, but you should be able to win some rolls, especially since you should have such a strength advantage over the CBs. and if you can somehow isolate them, maybe get them on a screen or something, then they can probably do some damage. they also double as blockers on the outside on run plays, so they have that going for them as well. i know that as a CB builder, nothing scares me more than the thought of a dominant power WR.

Honestly all bs aside and knowing how important ALG's are and how unimportant a receiving WR is in this game.
1) Don't build a WR at all.
2) Take Speed up first and ALG's be damned. (It's not like you'll catch any passes while on the way up anyway.)
3) If you do #2 go Speed/Agility and then maybe Multi the rest in some type of order of importance.
4) Throw in some FS/Catch Ball EQ , Soft Hands VA and you could be alright in 10 ssns.
Jumping would have to be in that multi sequence because it's at 8 and will need to go up eventually. Not that i'm a pro or anything just my thoughts.
EDIT: I'm a firm believer in staying away from building dots with the dreaded red SA. It's a poison pill that Bort and Catch threw in to screw up builds when all the changes come down the line. ALG'S are VERY important I know but to me it's how your dot is played that's more important and finding a team that can do it. When it's all said and done having a bunch of speed or strength or whatever can only go so far. You need a build that can do anything 10 ssns down the line....lol
Like I said , just my opinion.

I think this is prob the one position where I would say screw it and go with speed (minor) first.

Yep, or at least much earlier than the ALGs dictate.

meh... not sure if i would agree with this. speed isnt going to do much for you unless you plan on getting separation using your speed... at which point you are probably best off choosing a different archetype and going with a speedster build. better to build to the archetype's strengths 9in this case, breaking tackles and blocking) than to try and cover up a weakness. by covering up a weakness, you are only making it easier for CBs to shut you down... imo.

I like speed more for the YAC than the separation, because unless you go all speed you're not getting separation from WL corners anyway.
If you're going to go speed first, build a speed receiving archetype and just take the ALG hit on strength--it's not like you need 80+ strength to be a successful power receiver. Honestly, I'm kinda tempted to say that this might make a better receiver than just using the power archetype. Even if you build the power archetype, you don't necessarily need to take strength all that high naturally.
I'm not sure exactly how the math works out, but it seems like you should:
a. Not take anything but speed past the 68 cap.
b. Consider taking other stuff to the 68 cap before speed (minor ALGs just aren't all that good)
c. Make sure you leave enough SP at the end to have a TON of Spin
d. If you're me, throw in some blocking
But that's just my take.
