that would be outstanding...and long overdue. Africa has some history and tradition...it should stay, OPL gotta go....I don't see why there needs to be two Europes though....WEPL must be the most obscure region.
I've played this game since day 13 of season 1 and I've never had a dot in that region and nobody I knows has ever owned a team there...place is enigmatic.
