I have Owned a team, OCed, DCed, Scouted, Recruited, pretty much everything under the sun
I have GMed everywhere from PeeWee to Pro

Right now I have no teams, but I am willing to take a couple

A well established team. If this is your first season, you do not qualify as well established... sorry
ACTIVE TEAM... I have GMed on teams that are completely dead... it is NOT fun at all!
