I'm a 6'4 312 pound DT and I have no problem rushing the passer.
My buddies NT playing beside me is 6'2 310, and he is right behind me at #2 in our league in sacks.
I'm not sure how tall you meant, but I doubt it is a problem.

My DT is tall and fat but still moves quick in the buffet line
Dont think height and weight have a noticeable effect whatsoever, I wouldnt even worry about it
