basically its a kick off, the ball goes over the head of the returner wide right and bounces toward the 10 yard line.
2 of the kicking team run downfield, past the returner and towards the ball.
they then run past the ball and leave the returner to come back pick up the ball ( the 2 kicking team players are now 5 yards deeper ) and then the returner has a free run to the endzone for a TD.

So what your trying to say is that ST is not working. IMO its been screwed up for many seasons.

The far right covg guy has 40+ vision....the guy to his left is in 20's. But I could see guy to the left anticipating his teammate is going to pickup the ball o he is getting up front to block for him???? Any way I think 40+ vision should be enough to not run past the returner and ball. I think after that play I prefer the covg team waiting at the 30 until returner HAS the ball.

Vision is in the 40's....OK its 47 to be exact. Shouldn't that be enough?

Cover guys have Speed > Agility and can't slow themselves down fast enough?
