As long as the three add up to 310+ or so, you can have success with quite a few combinations.
The one that works best will depend on the VAs you use, the rest of your build, and most importantly, how the DC uses you.

all right, so if I planned to get them all three even at around 100 what would the best AT be to go about that

If you are in planning mode then you may want to up the criteria by about 10 (320+) for the three. I figure by S30 there will be some real monsters by today's standards.

We've seen 330 in the VPB forum, but that's close to the edge of possibility.

Some of the builds are pretty nasty looking, but I worry about things like stamina/vision/SA's/AEQ getting short changed once you start to push the highest limits. Building is lot more interesting than it used to be, that is fer shur.

I have several level 73s over 320 right now, with very adequate secondary skills. And solid SAs...and that's with zero mutlitraining.
330 is a bit of a stretch from that, but not terribly so.

What level does 310+ have to happen by to be effective? Clearly the sooner the better, but what's realistic?
