there's really nothing to rate at this point. Just take speed up to 77 or 81 and quad train

this generally wouldnt be the best advice, but since you went speed first, thats what you should stick with. probably to the 81 cap at least. but for future reference, going agility first would have been much more beneficial.

Also include the boost/non-boost plan .... 30 ALGs make a slight diff
